Well, yesterday, Koby Soto, the CTO of Guesty, a site that helps individuals work their unique Airbnb like a small business, got a flavor of this heart/emotion dilemma: he had been sporting their Fitbitas the guy had gotten dumped, and holy cow, their heartrate went from the charts.
